Am I still able to order the old version of the Personal Pack and Executive Kit?
Yes, you can order the product only old versions of the Kits or the new version with all of the new marketing materials. The choice is yours.

What about team members that are unable to attend Agel World?
They can transfer the voucher for admission to one of the company sponsored regional events in their area. Check with your local field office for details.

Can I buy just the display boxes?
No the empty display boxes are not available for sale.

If I enrolled at the personal level can I ugprade to the executive?
Yes you can upgrade within the same calendar month as your enrollment order by paying the difference in price between the personal pack and the executive kit. What you will receive is the tools carrying case which includes: 7 Mag Paks, a full size ageless kit, 5 each of the product brochures and compensation plan brochures, welcome letter, voucher for 2 people to attend AgelWorld, the IAmAgel.com website voucher, corporate profile, Agel Business Plan and USB drive.   If Ageless is not available in your market, in its place you will receive three more boxes of Agel Gel products and a voucher for a free box of gel paks when you sign up for autoship.

I received my autoship and I still have the old box design, is this right?
Yes it is. The new display boxes are for the enrollment kits only at this time

I enrolled in April and I really want the new kit. What do I do?
You don’t need to do anything.  All team members that enrolled at the Executive Level in April will automatically receive the product display boxes, carrying case, IAmAgel.com voucher and AgelWorld voucher for FREE by the end of May.

These kits are available May 1st except in the following markets
Available June 1st – Italy, Turkey, Colombia,
Available July 1st – Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam
TBD – Russia, Kazakhstan, India, Ukraine, Nigeria, Korea, Philippines

What is my ID number and password?
All new Team Members are assigned an ID number and user password when they enroll. If you have forgotten your Team Member ID number or user password, contact Agel's Customer Service department at 866-599-AGEL. After verifying your information your ID number and password will be resent to your email address.

What do I get for the $35 registration fee?
The Welcome Pack. The Welcome Pack introduces you to Agel and gets you started on your business.

What payment methods does Agel accept?
Agel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We do not accept personal checks of any kind. Money orders and cashier checks are fine.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the sign up process and submit your order.

Why is my social security number required at enrollment?
This information is required for tax and social security validation purposes. Team members may use a Tax ID# for a business name if desired. Team members that are not citizens of the United States are required to use the country identification number associated with the country that they are from.

How can I place a product order on my own?

  1. Go to backoffice.agel.com (no www needed)
  2. Enter the password/I.D. you chose when you registered
  3. Click on button that says “Place an Order”
  4. Choose the products you want

What magazines will be included in my market?
If you are in a Spanish market you will get Choosing Success otherwise you get Biz Breakthroughs.
